You’ll be welcomed into the Grand Beamed Entry, which flows into the Formal Living Room of this 4,721 SQFT palace. From here, you’ll begin to understand that this house is special, and you will feel right at home throughout your stay at The Southern Estate. Not only is the entrance amazing, but the kitchen is very spacious. The additional entertainment room outside is absolutely incredible for large gatherings of all kinds, including ones that involve the Outdoor Pool w/ fountains, Pool House, and very spacious indoor (screened-in) and outdoor Patio Areas. There are also indoor entertainment options in the Theater Room, as well as the Billiards Room w/ wet bar. And, at the end of the evening, you can rest well in one of the Large Bedrooms with plenty of room for people to sleep in beds. The Grand Master Retreat, however, is extra special with its spa-style bath. Try to stay in this room, if you can. Also, on the property are 7 garage spots and approximately another 7 spots on the driveway. Check the photos for more information. Thank you!

Summary: We brought our 25 grandchildren for cousin camp in Oklahoma City for three days. The Southside Estate was perfect because it held all of us. Summary: Lionel was a great host. The house was nice and roomy and had some really neat features. Lots of double occupancy rooms to get to the amount of people we needed to sleep. Theatre was an awesome touch. Needs a little updating and some cleaning around the pool area but we were there at the end of the winter so I imagine he will have it ready to roll come spring and summer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again tomorrow!!

Summary: We rented this location to have my family stay in while in town for a wedding. Awesome areas to congregate and hangout together! Made for a great place to relax and enjoy visiting with family. I would definitely rent again!

Summary: This house was amazing! The kids loved the game room and having space to spread out. The kitchen was more functional than most VRBOs and I was able to cook for a large group easily. Host was available and responsive and cared about how things were going. We didn’t use the pool as it was so cold outside (January), but it looks beautiful.

Summary: Plenty of space which was good. Had what we needed. Master bath not as functional as it could be. Owner was attentive and we appreciated that. TV’s cumbersome to navigate but we ultimately got the hang of it and every room has one.

Summary: A group of us came in for a football game and it was awesome. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. The house is well equipped and the property owner is fantastic. If we come back to OKC again we will definitely be staying here again.
